2、免费staging➕优惠代理费用。所有卖家最关心的问题。虽然免费但却认真用心，感谢兰婷和Sunae花费7个小时自带美丽的装饰品把我的房子打扮的明亮且色调统一。再加上非常有竞争力的优惠代理费用，等于花最少的钱享受了别人卖房最贵的服务，超值惊喜！
3、沟通及时又能力强。兰婷谈判经验丰富！经历了长时间多轮谈价，后期出现各种问题。一句话，不是兰婷的耐心沟通，买卖双方分分钟会大打出手。真的无比多矛盾需要调节。
4、团队合作伙伴给力。这次卖房赶上今年卖房市场走下坡，而且我们属于短期卖房。如此顺利都要归功于兰婷以及她的团队。在卖房当天两位代理坐镇三种语言支持，来了近百人看房，一次open house搞定！

Lanting and Pratima have been the pillars of our home-buying process. As first time homebuyers, the thought of the biggest investment of our lives was daunting. We wanted to gain the knowledge and steps of the process. After attending Boston One Homebuyers’ seminars, we quickly realized that Boston One agents had a great deal of expertise to offer, to novices like us. I hired Lanting as my seller’s agent for selling my condo on 340 Sunderland Rd, Worcester. I received lots of positive feedbacks about Lanting from my friends while I was looking for someone to help me sell my place, that’s why I contacted her. All I can say is I am so grateful to have her as my real estate agent as she is always thoughtful, careful, and proactive. It was truly a pleasure working with her.
I got a job offer in CA and needed to move out of MA in October 2016. I contacted Lanting in September and was hoping to find someone who can really make the process going smoothly. During our first met, She presented me a thorough market analysis and gave me lots of useful advises regarding the timing and the pricing. Shortly, she came to my place to do the staging and two days later my condo was on the market. We also had the open house during the same week. Lanting was so responsible that she actually asked for feedback from buyer’s agent after each showing, which really helped us figure out where we stood in the market and where to improve. Three weeks later, I accepted an offer. I was in CA when we started to work on the inspection and the repairs. As one can imagine, I didn’t have much time to pay attention to the whole process since I just started to settle down in a new place. Lanting was the one who made this whole process going smoothly. She got the smoke and carbon monoxide certificate done and arranged all the repairs timely. She was on the scene during the inspection and all the repairs. I wasn’t worried at all during those days since she took pictures of everything including the construction scene and the receipts and shared them with me right afterward. Further, she actually did some small fixes herself to save me some money, which I believe most agents wouldn’t do that for you.
During the whole process, she made good communications with the buyer’s agents, the condominium and my attorney, and she kept me updated all the time. She was so efficiently arranging the repairs, collecting documents (including e-signature) and coordinating the closing. Her hard work was the reason that I could sell my place uneventfully while in absence.
I would highly recommend Lanting to anyone who is looking for a honest and trustworthy real estate agent.

Lanting is our seller’s agent for selling our condo and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. We are very happy with her service. She is a very kind person to talk to and she is very thoughtful, proactive and professional in selling our home. We are grateful for having her as an agent and she was the driving force for selling and closing our condo in just 3 months.
In Sep 2015, we were looking for selling our condo and one of our friends recommended us to contact Lanting. We decided to hire Lanting as our seller’s agent after meeting with her. Since we were about to move out of states, we were very busy with other things and were not sure if it was possible to sell our condo in the same time. She discussed with us about her plans and encouraged us to put our condo in the market soon. She took many nice pictures and worked efficiently to put our condo on the market. We chose Lanting to be our listing agent because we had very nice experience with her when we bought our house seven years ago. Her honesty, diligence and responsiveness did leave us very good impression back then. But this time, her hard work and professionalism went far beyond what we had expected.
Since we had relocated to Shanghai, Lanting had to take up a lot of work that did not really belong to a seller’s agent. From picking contractors, purchasing construction materials and overseeing the renovation before listing the house, to helping get household items fixed before the closing, she made sure each step was to our best interest and to our satisfaction. What touched us the most is that one time in order to accommodate the contractor’s busy schedule, she had to go to the house very late at night to see a cabinet get fixed.
Lanting also had very acute sense for the market movement. She priced our property just right and thanks to her, we got an offer even before the open house and the house got sold at a very good price in the end which was really an extra bonus for us.
There aren’t any words that we can think of to express our appreciation for Lanting’s devotion to our deal and we would recommend her without any reservation to those who are considering selling their houses. Lanting is truly reliable and she is an agent who will sell a house like it is her own!
