1、市场信息灵通。只有足够了解房子才能在open house当天从容快速晒出房子优势。初次见面兰婷对我的房子进行专业分析，实话说比作为房主的我们了解的更全面和仔细。同之前我们咨询的其他两家卖房代理给出的市场分析相比好太多。
2、免费staging➕优惠代理费用。所有卖家最关心的问题。虽然免费但却认真用心，感谢兰婷和Sunae花费7个小时自带美丽的装饰品把我的房子打扮的明亮且色调统一。再加上非常有竞争力的优惠代理费用，等于花最少的钱享受了别人卖房最贵的服务，超值惊喜！
3、沟通及时又能力强。兰婷谈判经验丰富！经历了长时间多轮谈价，后期出现各种问题。一句话，不是兰婷的耐心沟通，买卖双方分分钟会大打出手。真的无比多矛盾需要调节。
4、团队合作伙伴给力。这次卖房赶上今年卖房市场走下坡，而且我们属于短期卖房。如此顺利都要归功于兰婷以及她的团队。在卖房当天两位代理坐镇三种语言支持，来了近百人看房，一次open house搞定！
5、华人代理不二选择。兰婷为人很nice，也很周到。有兰婷在，家里有一人就可搞定全部卖房事宜。家中有一方工作忙或者甩手掌柜那种，找兰婷吧。

We chose Lanting to be our listing agent because we had very nice experience with her when we bought our house seven years ago. Her honesty, diligence and responsiveness did leave us very good impression back then. But this time, her hard work and professionalism went far beyond what we had expected.
Since we had relocated to Shanghai, Lanting had to take up a lot of work that did not really belong to a seller’s agent. From picking contractors, purchasing construction materials and overseeing the renovation before listing the house, to helping get household items fixed before the closing, she made sure each step was to our best interest and to our satisfaction. What touched us the most is that one time in order to accommodate the contractor’s busy schedule, she had to go to the house very late at night to see a cabinet get fixed.
Lanting also had very acute sense for the market movement. She priced our property just right and thanks to her, we got an offer even before the open house and the house got sold at a very good price in the end which was really an extra bonus for us.
There aren’t any words that we can think of to express our appreciation for Lanting’s devotion to our deal and we would recommend her without any reservation to those who are considering selling their houses. Lanting is truly reliable and she is an agent who will sell a house like it is her own!

Both my sale and purchase had some very unique challenges with financing and other legal problems, and she worked very persistently to push the processes forward and make sure that the deals were closed as soon as possible.
