I hired Lanting as my seller’s agent for selling my condo on 340 Sunderland Rd, Worcester. I received lots of positive feedbacks about Lanting from my friends while I was looking for someone to help me sell my place, that’s why I contacted her. I got a job offer in CA and needed to move out of MA in October 2016. I contacted Lanting in September and was hoping to find someone who can really make the process going smoothly. During our first met, She presented me a thorough market analysis and gave me lots of useful advises regarding the timing and the pricing. Shortly, she came to my place to do the staging and two days later my condo was on the market. We also had the open house during the same week. Lanting was so responsible that she actually asked for feedback from buyer’s agent after each showing, which really helped us figure out where we stood in the market and where to improve. Three weeks later, I accepted an offer. I was in CA when we started to work on the inspection and the repairs. As one can imagine, I didn’t have much time to pay attention to the whole process since I just started to settle down in a new place. Lanting was the one who made this whole process going smoothly. She got the smoke and carbon monoxide certificate done and arranged all the repairs timely. She was on the scene during the inspection and all the repairs. I wasn’t worried at all during those days since she took pictures of everything including the construction scene and the receipts and shared them with me right afterward. Further, she actually did some small fixes herself to save me some money, which I believe most agents wouldn’t do that for you.
During the whole process, she made good communications with the buyer’s agents, the condominium and my attorney, and she kept me updated all the time. She was so efficiently arranging the repairs, collecting documents (including e-signature) and coordinating the closing. Her hard work was the reason that I could sell my place uneventfully while in absence.
I would highly recommend Lanting to anyone who is looking for a honest and trustworthy real estate agent.

We chose Lanting to be our listing broker because we had very nice experience with her when we bought our house seven years ago. Her honesty, diligence and responsiveness did leave us very good impression back then. But this time, her hard work and professionalism went far beyond what we had expected.
Since we had relocated to Shanghai, Lanting had to take up a lot of work that did not really belong to a seller’s agent. From picking contractors, purchasing construction materials and overseeing the renovation before listing the house, to helping get household items fixed before the closing, she made sure each step was to our best interest and to our satisfaction. What touched us the most is that one time in order to accommodate the contractor’s busy schedule, she had to go to the house very late at night to see a cabinet get fixed.
Lanting also had very acute sense for the market movement. She priced our property just right and thanks to her, we got an offer even before the open house and the house got sold at a very good price in the end which was really an extra bonus for us.
